We are looking for an experienced Sage 300 People, Payroll Administrator. Your main function will be the accurate and timeous execution of the weekly wages as well as assist with general administration. Duties & Responsibilities Validate, recon and input of weekly time sheet including overtime into payroll Daily leave approvals on ESS Verification of employees on-boarding documents Responsible for the preparation and processing of weekly payroll (this includes the entire payroll cycle:from capturing of new employees, leave, terminations, claims, etc.) Week on week comparisons and accurate payroll reports At all times updated employee files Administration around the ordering and distribution of weekly uniforms Employee benefits portal updating (new, terminated, claims) Employee benefits reconciliation Employee benefits administration General administration We are looking for someone with: Grade 12 or equivalent 3 - 5 years payroll administration experience Experience with time and attendance system (Advantageous) Sage People 300 experience Computer Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook & Google Sheets Attention to detail Analytical Clear and well-spoken communication skills Join Us If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact in the retail industry, we want to hear from you Join us and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.
