POSITION: BUYER/WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR SCOPE OF WORK: Purchsing/Buying/Procurement Administrator Obtain quotes for sales/RFQs/tenders Create POs Calculate if prices are within SO margins Obtain & maintain Vendor Application Forms Create Vendors on Accumatica and XGRC Follow up with outstanding PO deliveries Follow up with committed weekly delivery dates Sending out all POs Receipting all POs Reporting Upload and maintain procurement files on XGRC Obtain and maintain BEE Certificates Obtain Test reports for products and sending it to Clients Assisting finance with any PO/receipting/invoice queries Getting DNs signed off (MTN) Huawei weekly tracker Creating DSV waybills and shipments Upload and maintain items in XGRC Sending weekly delivery schedules to SCM to plan routes Warehouse/Logistics Creating all Delivery Notes Ensuring there us correct and sufficient stock in the warehouse to create DNs Sending all DNs for invoicing Sending weekly delivery schedules to SCM to plan routes Book out stock for various projects Stcok movement on Accumatica Creating warehouses for projects Stocktake – investigation on items that are under query Stock movements into correct locations Creating stock codes Reporting Upload and maintain items on XGRC Creating DSV waybills and shipments Invoice reporting Adding BOMS on Accumatica Creating sub-assemblies Sales reports on request Must have valid license and own transport Intermediate to advanced computer skills Excellent verbal communication skills Attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks Strong time management skills Flexibility Works well under pressure Accumatica experience a plus Dynamic person Experience in Telecoms Purchasing Negotiations Stock Management Logistics Immediately available will be a bonus Market related Apply Now
