Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our client's team in the Manufacturing Industry. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse by assisting with various tasks related to receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the manufacturing industry and contribute to the efficiency of warehouse operations. Responsibilities Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products Prepare and pack orders for shipment Ensure accurate inventory control and record-keeping Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet customer demands and deadlines Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred Matric/Grade 12 Bachelors Degree in Logistics and/or Warehousing is advantageous Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (valid certification is a plus) Good organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy objects Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and teamwork skills A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Benefits Salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
