We have received a vacancy for the position of Warhouse Chargehand based in Bloemfontein. Any candidate's wishing to apply for the position must have the following minimum requirements. National Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4. 1 Years supervisory experience. 3 Years experience working within a FMCG warehouse. Valid Forklift License. Knowledge and experience in the grain industry will be adventageous. Ensure pallets are received, inspected, moved to correct allocated area and picking lists executed daily. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Supervision of warehouse processes and staff activities. Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for deliveries, load vehicles, schedule an doversee deliveries and pick-ups. Successfull candidates must have the following abilities and competencies. Time management. Result Driven. Accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of storage and inventory. Teamwork. Business Acumen. Conflict Resolution. Coping with Pressure. Market related and based on the candidate's capabilities.
