Provide day-to-day administrative support for warehouse and manual handling activities of material handling and ground operations including movement, storage, and inventory control; stacking, loading, or unloading materials, finished goods, tools; packaging of materials and maintenance of existing inventories in line with the business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines, and policies. Key Tasks To check all documentation received and dispatched is correct. (legally, regulatory and client) Update Flow Manage load lists, receipts in accordance with companies rules and regulations Creating order received for local and international shipments by creating pick notes Liaise with SGS, DALRRD and Reefer inspectors. Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and clients. AXIS Management Supplier Management Stock control. Ensure inventory accuracy of customers' inventory by conducting daily/ weekly inventory cycle counts. Responsible for setting day to day operational objectives for the team to perform inventory control, conduct stock turnover analyses and material scheduling. Stock movement of Vinliners Provide basic support to arrange daily pick-up schedules and dispatch pick-up delivery information in a timely and efficient manner. Provide day to day support in general admin tasks related to shipment processing and documentation, sending status information. May be required to undertake additional duties as the need of the business dictates. Tasks as assigned by management. Documentation Knowledge of Customs rules and regulations SAD500's, export certificates, DA32's,ZIB/ZRW's,NOL's Update and manage weekly file list onto the info sheet Filing Knowledge of plant and quality rules and regulations related to shipping Stock sheets Systems Flow, Axis, Salesforce, MSOffice , WMS Qualifications and Education requirements 3 - 5 years' experience in same or similar roles Freight Forwarding & Customs Compliance Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related roles is often preferred, especially in coordinating and managing complex supply chain activities. Preferred Skills Previous wine warehouse experience Strong knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, FCL/LCL and Incoterms Customer service Exceptional written and verbal communication skills both Deadline orientated Ability to work with diverse group of people KPI - Maintenance Team work Stakeholder Management
