My client is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to take on the role of an Entry Level Warehouse Manager at their Bloemfontein (Oos-Einde) warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall performance of the warehouse, including staffing, health & safety, and cost management.
Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and adherence to correct warehouse processes.
Manage warehouse space planning and ensure Materials Handling Equipment is well-maintained and operational.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and conduct regular inspections.
Monitor and control all warehouse costs to optimize spending.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring proper waste disposal and equipment maintenance.
Manage staffing levels, provide continuous training, and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 qualification.
National Diploma or tertiary qualification in material management, inventory, commodity procurement, or related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing, stock control, or supply chain.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong managerial, organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary of R10,000 per month. (Ten thousand Rand)
Comprehensive benefits package.
