Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our client in the Retail Industry. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse staff, implement and maintain standard operating procedures, monitor inventory levels, and work closely with other departments to optimize warehouse processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular stock takes Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field, preferably in the retail industry Tertiary qualification relating to Logistics/Warehouse/Distributions is advantageous Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
