Description RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor for a leading manufacturer in the Plastics and Packaging industry. As the Warehouse Manager / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You will ensure that all materials are properly stored, organized, and delivered in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products Implement and enforce best practices for inventory management and control Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment and shipping processes Coordinate with other departments to meet production and customer service goals Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all health and safety regulations Train and develop warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed Requirements Prior experience in warehouse management or supervision in the Plastics and Packaging Manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in warehouse management systems and software Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Understanding of health and safety regulations Benefits RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
