With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team and contribute to the efficiency and success of our warehouse operations. Position Overview: As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our warehouse operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to dispatch while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will be a key player in managing inventory, implementing process improvements, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations and meet organizational goals. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high performance and operational efficiency. Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels. Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Analyse data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations within the warehouse. Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff. Manage relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments This position is based in office and is full time, Monday-Friday.
