Minimum Education / Qualification Entry Level Required

Matric with Mathematics & Science

Relevant qualification - Technical Trade and/or Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management Previous Work Experience Required

Minimum 3 years management in Warehouse and Production environments Skills and Knowledge Required

Highly computer literate in:
o
Office Excel Advanced, Word
o
ERP systems ea. NAV, SAP, K8, Pastel etc.

Warehouse Management System understanding

Understanding of key KPIs related to inventory

Coordinate & Oversee Production, Warehousing, Physical Inventory and Logistics
-
Coordinate, reconcile and report daily Cycle Counts
-
Coordinate daily production activity
-
Prepare and co-ordinate Company Bi-Annual Stock Takes

Oversee all SHEQ aspects in relation to the operations and production areas and facilitate regular internal & external inspections
-
Facilitate daily safety / toolbox talk meetings
-
Regular reporting to Operation and production manager on weekly and monthly basis
-
Ensure strict stock control
-
Warehouse and Production areas good housekeeping
-
Vehicles daily inspections
-
Plant and Equipment daily inspections, regular maintenance and record keeping KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
-
Motivated team

Annual stock take accuracy
