Workforcestaffing is currently looking for Warehouse Shift Supervisor. Must reside / Live in Durban area. Supervise the factory floor employees ensuring that production runs smoothly. Assist factory floor employees, guiding and hands on approach. Ensure products meet the required standard. Carry out hourly inspections investigate discrepancies and report accordingly. Management and limitation of damaged/reject stock. Spot checking and reporting on a daily basis. Management of staff hours, time & attendance. Scheduling of staff to ensure maximum productivity Submitting weekly timesheet for payment of hours worked per staff Management and scheduling of staffing per machine Ensure efficient and accurate packaging of stock/end products for customers. Maintain safe work environment in the factory. Ensure compliance with policies & procedures. Factory floor employees to be made aware and kept up to date with any changes. Ensure housekeeping is to the required standard. Ensure that you discipline staff. From issuing verbal warning to Disciplinary hearings. Scheduling of staff for Weekly clean out of machinery and ensuring hygienic standards are met on clean out. Requried qualification: Matric. Supervisor qualifications/ Certificate 3 to 5 years experience in warehouse Supervising, mananging more than 30 employees or staff. Have experience in Disciplinary hearings and issueing of warnings.
