Warehouse Supervisor - Johannesburg
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Valid Drivers License and Own Vehicle
- 3- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Literate on MS Office and Advanced Skills on Excel
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Awareness of safety and good practice
- Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
- Previous disciplinary experience
- Ensure inventory management meet the required standard
- Management and limitation of damaged stock
- Supervise the branch floor employees ensuring that the floor runs smoothly
- Assist branch floor employees, guiding and hands on approach
- Manage physical receiving and dispatch
- Accurate receiving of stock, quantity, and quality to be checked
- Maintain safe work environment in the branch
- Ensure compliance with policies & procedures
- Spot checking vehicles going out to ensure load correctly
