We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations and manage a team of warehouse associates. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise. Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and audits. Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse team members to achieve productivity goals and maintain high performance standards. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business processes and customer satisfaction. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and optimize warehouse layout. Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility. Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar role in a warehouse setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices and procedures. Competent in working on Microsift Excel, Word and Outlook. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus. Minimum 2 years' experience as team leader We offer R11000 to R13000 per month.
