As the Warranty & Insurance Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing warranty claims and insurance matters for our client's automotive fleet. You will be responsible for coordinating warranty repairs, processing insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely reimbursement and minimize financial risk for the company. Coordinate warranty claims and repairs with automotive manufacturers and dealerships to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime for fleet vehicles. Review warranty policies and procedures to identify coverage options and requirements for different vehicle models and components. Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and reimbursements, including documentation of parts replaced and labor costs incurred. Process insurance claims for accidents, damages, and thefts involving fleet vehicles, liaising with insurance providers and adjusters to facilitate efficient resolution. Collaborate with fleet management and operations teams to assess vehicle damage, determine liability, and prioritize repairs based on business needs and contractual obligations. Monitor warranty and insurance performance metrics, such as claim turnaround time and reimbursement accuracy, and implement corrective actions as needed to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Provide guidance and support to fleet drivers and staff on warranty and insurance-related inquiries, including coverage limitations, claim procedures, and documentation requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to automotive warranties and insurance to ensure compliance and optimize processes. Assist in negotiating warranty agreements and insurance policies with automotive suppliers and insurers to secure favorable terms and coverage options for the company. Minimum of 6 years of experience in warranty administration, insurance claims processing, or related roles within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive warranty policies, insurance coverage types, and claims handling procedures. Proficiency in using warranty management software and insurance claims systems to track and manage claims effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of fleet management principles and practices is advantageous. Relevant certifications in warranty administration or insurance claims handling are desirable. R15 000 CTC to R20 000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications Apply Now
