WARRANTY AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (KEMPTON PARK) - Johannesburg

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage warranty claims: Assess and validate claims according to company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with customers, dealers, and suppliers: Address concerns, inquiries, and disputes related to warranties and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records: Utilize databases and systems to document warranty activity and contract administration tasks.
  • Analyze warranty data: Identify trends and patterns to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure contract compliance: Monitor and enforce contractual terms and conditions, safeguarding company interests.
  • Prepare reports and presentations: Synthesize data and provide insights on warranty performance and contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to process improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline warranty administration and contract management.
Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate or higher qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Warranty and Contracts Administrator role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Understanding of automotive warranty principles and contract administration is a plus.
