Our client currently seeks a highly motivated and efficient GT Educational Sales Consultant to join their dynamic and growing team responsible for selling the business material. Our client is based in Goodwood, Cape Town and the successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager. Principal Accountabilities: Delivering and exceeding sales targets Build and secure trusted relationship with public, private and independent schools Promote educational materials to drive sales growth Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline Develop and execute sales plan for designated sales territory Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Develop high level relationships with district officials and key booksellers Conducting product presentations and facilitate exhibitions for educators Arrange workshops and events in designated sales territory The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong negotiating & sales skills, highly organised and able work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate possess the following qualities: Valid driver’s license and own transport National Diploma or equivalent in Education, Marketing and Sales Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Proven track record of building high level relationships Key Account experience Strong relationship building and negotiation skills Understanding of the South African education and school market will be advantageous Experience in Educational sales will be advantageous Strong CRM skills Apply Now
