Job Title: Wealth AssistantLocation: PretoriaJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent individual to join our team as a Wealth Assistant. The Wealth Assistant will work closely with financial advisors and wealth managers to provide administrative support and assistance in managing clients' investments and financial portfolios. The successful candidate will have strong organization and communication skills, as well as a passion for the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities:- Assist financial advisors and wealth managers in preparing client meetings and presentations- Maintain client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements- Monitor and track client investment portfolios and financial transactions- Coordinate client communications and follow-up on requests and inquiries- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and performance summaries- Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and financial planning strategies- Support the onboarding process for new clients and assist with account setup- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction- Stay informed on industry developments and best practices in wealth managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field- Previous experience in financial services or wealth management preferred- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial analysis software- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirementsBenefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Professional development opportunities- Supportive and collaborative team environment- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company See Description See Description
