Hands on Recruitment have partnered with a rapidly growing creative- tech-enabled scale-up agency based in Sweden, who are looking for a Dev Team Lead.

6 Month fixed term Maternity cover contract (June- December)- With potential to become permanent

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience as Web Project Manager

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dev Team Lead

Familiarity with design tools and design production.

Experience working in Figma.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

● Lead dev team operationally to ensure successful deliveries for our clients

● Set OKR and goals and have regular check-ins with all PMs and developers in their team

● Provide guidance and support to team, and ensure adherence to processes and best practices

● Continuously monitor and improve team performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed

● Manage the recruitment, training, and development of team members

● Manage team workload

● Manage team staffing, make decisions when conflicts arise

● Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality of project delivery

● Develop project plans and timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

● Develop dev products: package offerings, follow up with KPI:s
