Are you a Webflow designer with an eye for aesthetics and a desire to build websites that have an impact? We're looking for an imaginative designer that can create and implement spectacular designs that astound both clients and users for a website from conception to completion in Webflow. Mandatory Skills – minimum 3 years’ experience in: Strong proficiency in Webflow and Figma. Have a portfolio of at least three sites that demonstrate your expertise. Have at least two years of experience in web design. Proven track record of collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers to produce outstanding results. Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, UI, UX, and colour theory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking Duties include but are not limited to. You'll design and build Webflow websites that are visually stunning and effectively convey a brand's personality. You have the ability to visually express your designs while also having an understanding of what customers could desire and what is technically possible in Webflow. You'll be preoccupied with how customers behave and respond to your designs. With this in mind, you will propose your designs to larger stakeholders. You are imaginative, aspirational, and up for any challenge. You aspire to increase your knowledge and abilities because you enjoy learning. You can manage your own duties and work schedule to fulfil deadlines since you are self-driven, and organised. You'll feel at ease working among a group of product experts, engineers, and marketers. You'll be knowledgeable about current trends and be aware of cutting-edge tools that can support your creative endeavours.
