Website Manager (E-commerce) - Somerset West
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the eCommerce platform, including product uploads, pricing updates, page management, and quality control.
- Lead a team of content creators, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Oversee Google Merchant Centre database, update Google Site maps, and manage business details on Google.
- Conduct quality checks, resolve webpage issues, and create blog pages.
- Train new team members and create training materials.
- Maintain supplier databases, manage supplier relationships, and handle supplier liaison.
- Generate data feeds for sales/pricing teams, update the homepage, and manage team schedules and metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and pricing teams on sales/specials.
- Perform Google Site map updates, and oversee product research.
- 3+ years of experience with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Proven managerial and eCommerce experience.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML coding.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- SEO and advanced Excel skills.
- Database management experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM, and inventory management software.
- Proven team training experience.
- Career-driven, proactive, and a team player.
