Job Duties:

The Wills Drafter and Administrator is responsible for producing Wills in mandated templates, drafting type scan mails related to wills, and ensuring correct execution before lodging.

Required Qualifications:

Paralegal Diploma or Legal Secretary qualification

Education:

Relevant qualification in Paralegal studies or Legal Secretary training

Experience:

Prior experience in drafting legal documents and working in a legal environment

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in producing Wills according to specified templates
  • Strong drafting and communication skills for preparing mails related to wills
  • Attention to detail to ensure correct execution and lodging of documents

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in estate planning or will drafting

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office setting, primarily working regular business hours. The candidate may need to liaise with legal professionals and clients to gather necessary information for will drafting.
