To manage and deliver large, integrated & complex projects from opportunity phase through to review phase and successfully land these in the business in conjunction with the ROG Online fulfilment team Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER – Selling Integration – SSO – (12 month contract) Location: Cape Town Job Summary: Duties & Responsibilities: Project Management Provide input into one year operating plan and projects priority plan in line with ROG strategy and relevant business requirements. Manage and ensure project delivery against the overall project plan Ensure that the plan is continually updated and accountabilities, responsibilities, etc. are correctly allocated Ensure compliance with WW PM methodology Ensure the quality of all deliverables Manage the project scope as it pertains to the Retail Operations Group Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Ensure delivery of project within scope, timeline and budget Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Detail business and technical team member roles and expectations Ensure appropriate project closure and facilitate business hand-over (including PIR) Understand and manage key stakeholders expectations relative to project execution Drive and Manage integration across all key stakeholders and impacted business units Stores/ Supply Chain / Product Areas/ Omni Channel Research and understand key information Conduct in depth analysis and bench-marking of international best practices Evaluate requirements against current processes and understand implication thereof Evaluate feasibility of proposed projects for presentation to the relevant stakeholders Preferred management consulting experience, thought leadership and critical thinking essential Desired Experience & Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree • Project Management Certification advantageous • 5 Years Business Experience • Proven working experience in a Senior Project Manager capacity • Relevant Business Knowledge • Financial Acumen • Trend Analysis • Management consulting • Industry Understanding • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills To Apply: Click Here Apply Now
