Position: Workshop Co-Ordinator

Role Summary
The Workshop Coordinator provides administrative and support services to facilitate the functionality and
operation of the workshop and the fleet
Minimum Qualification Criteria:
- Matric
- Diploma/Certificate in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain would be advantageous
- 3-4 years related experience.
- Attention to details.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Time management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Administer new drivers and leavers.
- Keep the fleet database up to date.
- Provide administrative support to customers and drivers
- Administer fuel cards and driver fines.
- Ensure all drivers receive relevant where necessary training.
- Manage the telematics system, driver aps, fuel cards, tolls etc.
- Assess vehicles for damage during the return process, accurately recording/photographing all damage, we would need to provide evidence should an invoice come through for damages. Get the vehicle repaired & in good condition prior to hiring it out again
- Allocation of vehicles to workshop for service, maintenance and hire preparation (monitor and progress vehicles through the preparation and /or refurbishment cycle)
- Audit - continual assessment of vehicles ensuring that current system status is accurate and reviewing with line managers
