Minimum Skills/Experience and knowledge required (Competencies): ● Qualified Diesel Mechanic (trade papers essential) ● Experience on trucks, tipper trailers & yellow equipment & hydraulics would be advantages ● Diploma in Road transport or studying toward a diploma of similar criteria ● Valid Code EC license with PRDP Brief description of key performance areas: ● Oversee and implement the fleet maintenance programme ● Manage stock levels and the purchase of replacement parts and equipment ● Ensure successful implementation, monitoring and management of SHEQ procedures ● Attend to breakdowns and implement maintenance schedules ● Develop and maintain a sound relationship with staff and suppliers ● Build and maintain a relationship with internal stake holders Salary neg.
