JOB OUTPUTS Lead and manage the workshop facility on a day to day basis Repair and maintain the entire cross-section of assets (which currently ranges from a grinder to a TLB) on site as well as in a workshop environment Clear operational KPI measurement and reporting Manage workshop overheads, control variable costs Maintain and develop both supplier and customer relationships Health and safety - ensure all procedures are followed, safety standards are positively maintained, and a safety culture is created Manage the warranty and breakdown processes Requirement skills Trade Test, National Certificate, management certificates Proficiency with Microsoft Office Previous Workshop Manager experience in construction, tool, or plant hire industry Customer service mindset Good communication ability both verbally and in writing Team orientation
