An exciting career opportunity awaits you Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical / workshop role. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience. Proven technical knowledge. Matric qualification essential. Technical trade qualification will be advantageous. Technical Knowledge of AC - Product and AC systems, Customer base knowledge. Technical knowledge, including mechanical and electrical. Business acumen. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Administration duties. Oversee and assist building, assemblies and repairs. Drive and deliver on relevant OKR's. Take responsibility for warranty claim assessments, verdicts and reports. Technical assistance. Manager and monitor workshop team. Training and assessments.
