Minimum Requirements:

2-3 years' experience in a Workshop Manager role within the Automotive Industry
Candidate's that have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Workshop Foreman role will also be considered
Must have a stable track record
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to provide contactable references | pay slips
Must have a valid Trade Test for either Petrol Technician or Motor Mechanic
Must be able to work under pressure in a high pace dealership
Must be able to manage a team of up to 10 Petrol Technicians | RSA's and Apprentices
Must be able to drive sales growth within the Service Department
