National Fleet Management company requires a qualified Workshop Manager, with a minimum of five years of general diagnostics and repairs and maintenance experience in workshop and field services; service, repair, and diagnostics knowledge/experience for all vehicles and commercial vehicles (New and Old); roadside vehicle diagnostics and repair experience; experience on yellow metal an advantage; a minimum Code 14 Driver's license; and traceable Management and Supervisory experience. Duties will include management of the of workshop, staff, and technicians; resource allocation; ensuring H &S and company policies are followed; managing budgets, expenses, and assets; supplier and customer relations; and ensuring the highest quality standards and service is upheld at all times.
