The successful candidate will report to the Area Manager. It will be ideal if the candidate is in the Sundays River Valley but will not be a requirement.

Job Description:

Oversee the full maintenance function on our farms.
This includes maintenance of machinery, buildings, housing etc.

Requirements:

Qualified Motor Mechanic Qualification (Red Seal) or 5 to 10 years Mechanic & General farm
maintenance experience
Electrical & Fitting experience
Basic Facilities maintenance experience
Valid Driver’s license
Experience in Health & Safety principles.
Computer literate (Microsoft package)

Additional:
This candidate must be willing to work overtime when required. He must be able to work unsupervised, run the maintenance workshop and attend to breakdown & project work.
