With a focus on safety and efficiency, their innovative solutions include drill rigs, bolters, utility vehicles, and more, designed to meet the demanding needs of underground operations worldwide.As a Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee production schedules, coordinate repair processes, manage rebuilds and new builds, ensure efficient shipping and receiving operations, handle facility maintenance, prioritize activities, and schedule customer repairs. You will also plan sessions to optimize production efficiency and cost savings, enforce quality compliance, lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement projects. Safety training and equipment maintenance are paramount, providing safety leadership, evaluating employee performance, and enforcing company policies.Job Experience and Skills Required: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred. 5 years supervisory experience in Manufacturing Environment with fabrication, machining, and/or welding processes. Custom OEM environment experience preferred. Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
