Workshop Supervisor - - Durban

Role: Workshop : Supervisor
Location: Verulam, Durban, SA

Key performance areas:

Responsible for preventive maintenance of the fleet
Responsible for repairs on vehicles and trailers
Optimise the availability of vehicles and trailers including breakdowns
Ensure that vehicles comply with statutory requirements and company standards
Maintain and improve cost tracking system and identify cost saving opportunities
Ensure work performed by third parties comply with the service level agreement
Responsible for effective procurement
Responsible for managing the tyres.
Manage & Supervise people including performance management
Responsible for daily weekly and monthly reporting

Qualifications Required:

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years related experience.
Excellent Computer Literacy Excel
Above average interpersonal, analytical and investigative skills
Energetic and able to work under pressure
Problem solving skills and analytical ability
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Willingness and prepared to work long hours including telephonic assistance after hours
