As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workshop personnel, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will lead and supervise technicians, machine operators, and support staff, planning and organizing daily work schedules to optimize productivity. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting issues will be part of your role, along with implementing and enforcing quality control processes to identify and rectify defects. Conducting regular inspections and safety meetings, maintaining open communication with team members and other departments, and handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping, inventory management, and reporting are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing workshop policies and procedures and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Job experience and Skills Required:
- Technical or Management Diploma and/ or Trade in Millwright / Fitting and Turning certificate
- 5 years of experience in a similar role in pneumatic and hydraulic environments.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
