The ideal candidate will manage hardware and software issues, perform maintenance, and handle repairs. Approximately 30% of the role will involve providing Helpdesk support, so flexibility and a willingness to assist in this area are essential. Key Responsibilities : Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac computers; Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems; Ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and meets company standards; Provide first and second-level Helpdesk support, including troubleshooting, remote assistance, and user guidance; Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities; Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience; Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Workshop Technician or similar role, with strong knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems; Experience in a Helpdesk support role is advantageous; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Strong communication skills and the ability to assist users effectively; Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
