Job Description

One of our client in the Private Higher Institution is looking Registrar to join their team.

  • You will be responsible for implementing and managing Academic Legislative and Regulatory Requirements applicable to the Registrars Office at the Institution.
  • Student admissions and registrations
  • Assessment and Moderation administration
  • Graduation service
  • Updating the rules and regulations annually
  • Updating academic Prospectus
  • Providing guidance on all matters of academic governance and policy to all Faculties and other departments
  • Warranting of assessment and moderation reports, academic transcripts and certificates.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Honours degree in Education or relevent field
Skills
  • 10 + Years relevant experience at a tertiary institution essential
  • 5+ Years experience in a senior management role
  • Experience working with learning management system (LMS) platforms
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office 365
