Support the Human Resources Department by performing special projects as well as deliver a human resource functions that supports the companys overall strategic aims and objectives.Duties & Responsibilities Invoicing. Data capturing. Sales support typing quotes; following up quotes; attending to phone calls etc. Dealing with Customer service queries. Filing. Answering telephone. Taking minutes of meetings. Creating job cards; sales orders and receipts. General administration.Desired Experience & Qualification Computer literate Word; Excel. Be very accurate and detail oriented. Clear criminal record. Be fluent in English (Verbal & Written).
