Our client in the property industry , is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team in Stellenbosch. Experience working in the property industry will be advantageous. Overall Job Description The Administrator will be responsible for managing the general office administrative duties. Punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail are key attributes for this position. Key Responsibilities: All general office administrative functions. Taking clients calls. Capturing water orders. Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment such printers etc. Qualifications and experience requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous. Strong administrative skills. Strong communications skills. Computer Literacy (MS Office and Excel). Basic accounting skills will be advantageous. Organized, neat and structured workflow approach.
