Administrator / Receptionist Job Summary: As an Administrator / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and inquiries, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel. Manage the front desk area, including keeping it tidy and organized. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and meetings as requested. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. Assist with special projects and events as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar role within the industry. Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office 365, Google Workspace). Working Conditions: This role primarily operates in a professional office environment. Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate business needs. May be required to stand for extended periods and lift/move light objects occasionally. Apply Now
