Job DescriptionWe require a strong Sous Chef to join a strong and well-established Kitchen Brigade serving high-end cuisine (Three meals per day with Tea/Coffee Breaks) to its high-end, mostly international Guests. Previous experience within a 4/5* game lodge in a similar role is ideal. Able to assist with Kitchen Administration and stock Controls as well as be hands-on in the manufacturing and presenting of meals. Also, assist with Guest Relations.
QualificationsFormal Culinary Qualifications will prove advantageous.
SkillsSolid Training and Experience within high end establishments. Ideally Game Lodge experienced (Knowledgeable about life in the bush and happy in this environment).
