With a commitment to excellence, they are currently in search of a Qualified Architectural Technologist to enhance their dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architect within the built environment. Candidates primarily focused on private houses will not be considered. Minium Requirements: Matric. Essential: SACAP registration and good standing. Relevant Tertiary Qualification. Beneficial: Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License. Software Proficiency: Lumion, Indesign, Enscape, Photoshop and Revit. Portfolio to be submitted with application. Roles and Responsibilities:Project Involvement 5 years' experience in architectural roles, actively participating in projects from Work Stage 1 to 6. Manage and coordinate architectural projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Residential and Commercial Design Demonstrate competence in both residential and commercial design, contributing to a varied portfolio. Project Diversity Showcase experience in Retail and Corporate offices. Team Collaboration Be a team player, actively contributing to collaborative efforts within the organisation. Demonstrate a systems-driven approach and adherence to project deadlines. Design Development Lead or contribute to the design development process, translating conceptual ideas into detailed architectural plans and drawings. Site Investigations Conduct thorough site investigations, gathering essential information for project briefs and design considerations. Quality Control Implement and uphold quality control measures throughout the project life cycle, ensuring design integrity and compliance with industry standards. Deadline Adherence Adhere to project deadlines, managing time efficiently to deliver work on schedule.
