Diesel Fitter/Mechanic required with compressor and electrical experience Must have a code 8 driversJOB DESCRIPTION • Repair and maintain plant/machinery and compressors in a serviceable state. • To control downtime by carrying out preventive maintenance and monitory compliance. • Assist in the maintenance of stores inventory of critical spares and the determination of stocking levels and reorder point. • Attend to Breakdowns. • Any other duties as assigned by the superior. • Standby duties minimum • Preventative maintenance activities Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment. • Perform routine inspections to ensure the optimal performance of machinery. • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, recommending and implementing solutions. • Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.Desired Skills: • Artisan • Mechanical Fitter • Diesel and Petrol engine MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE: - 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Artisan QUALIFICATIONS: - Grade 12 - Mechanical Qualification / Completed Trade Test COMPETENCIES: - Working with People - Adhering to Principles and Values - Persuading and Influencing - Applying Expertise and Technology - Following Instruction and Procedures- Reliable, honest and self motivated - Good track record _ Sober habits Competitive salary with normal fringe benefitsIf you meet the above requirements please forward your CV to:jefaircazmweb.co.za
