- Assist in implementing and monitoring lodge policies, processes, and standards to provide high-quality service to our guests.
- Collaborate with department teams to ensure a coordinated effort in delivering excellence in guest service.
- Help maintain par-stock levels for various lodge departments, including Food and Beverage and Housekeeping.
- Support the selection of competent employees and facilitate their continuous development.
- Implement and monitor systems for safety, security, and confidentiality of information.
- Work with the Management Team to achieve the highest standards of service quality.
- Manage lodge budgets, monitor expenditure, and optimize cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure the upkeep and functionality of lodge spaces and facilities.
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management/Leadership (Essential)
- Three years of previous experience in overseeing operations of a luxury 5-Star Lodge (Essential)
- Proficiency in International styles of service, property management software, and financial good practices (Essential)
- High degree of confidentiality and protection of sensitive information (Desired)
- Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management/Leadership (Desired)
- More than three years of experience in managing a luxury 5-Star lodge (Desired)
