Our client, a national FMCG distributor is opening a high end, upmarket food deli and requires an experienced individual to join their team and assist the Store Manager in running the deli MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO WORK RETAIL HOURS Requirements: Matric Valid Drivers License and own car POS system experience would be advantageous 2-3yrs retail management experience in a similar environment is essential Responsibilities: Opening and closing of the deli Assist the Manager in the day to day operations of the deli Staff training and management Ensure excellent customer service Product demonstrations/cook off's Merchandising of the store Unpacking stock Stock taking Daily store administration Dealing with suppliers High Energy levels Good communication skills Presentable Team Player Desired Skills: Retail management merchandising Stock control Employer & Job Benefits: Medical Aid Retirement Fund
