Assistant to Sectional Title Portfolio Manager R13 000 pm cost to company. AIV is a company that manages sectional title properties, we are looking for someone that can fill the position of Assistant to Portfolio Manager. In order to fulfil your duties, you will need previous experience in Sectional Title, NOT rental management. The applicant needs to have exceptional attention to detail, be able to meet deadlines and be able to work under pressure as this is a high-pressure industry. Basic Financial background is a must and the applicant must have a drive to succeed and to grow within the company. You will need your own transport as you will need to attend meetings and site visits.
