Responsibilities: Drafting various contracts, including sale agreements, shareholders agreements, memoranda of incorporations, trust deeds, off-take agreements, service level agreements and conducting due diligence investigations. - This is an absolute MUST. Qualifications and Requirements: Admission as attorney of the High Court of SA. Minimum of 2 years professional working experience (post articles) at Associate level. A sound knowledge and understanding of the Companies Act and Contract Law. A commitment to high quality client service and producing an excellent work product.
