BAKERY PLANT MANAGER (DURBAN) - Durban

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing a bakery.
  • Certification: A food handler's license.
Responsibilities Summary:
  • Oversee daily bakery operations and staff management.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and maintain product quality and freshness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and track sales performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Train staff and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
