- Education: High school diploma.
- Experience: Proven experience managing a bakery.
- Certification: A food handler's license.
- Oversee daily bakery operations and staff management.
- Develop and enforce SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and maintain product quality and freshness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and track sales performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Train staff and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
