Reference: NEL011355-AK-1 The Bakery Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery department within a retail store, ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service. This role includes managing a team of bakery staff, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: Education: High school diploma. Experience: Proven experience managing a bakery. Certification: A food handler's license. Responsibilities Summary: Oversee daily bakery operations and staff management. Develop and enforce SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory and maintain product quality and freshness. Coordinate with suppliers and track sales performance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Train staff and handle customer inquiries and complaints. Implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with other departments. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
