Oversee all aspects of the B&B's operations, including guest reservations, check-in/check-out, housekeeping, and maintenance. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, exceeding their expectations with personalized service and attention to detail. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Manage room bookings and guest communication through our booking system. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of the B&B, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Prepare and serve delicious breakfasts, showcasing local ingredients and culinary creativity. Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed. Delegate tasks effectively and supervise cleaning staff. Comply with all safety and health regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a B&B or hotel setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. A meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
