- Relevant Finance qualification or experience
Skills/Experience required:
- At least 5 years bookkeeping to trial balance experience essential
- Experience working on Pastel essential
- VAT and efiling experience essential
- Experience with dealing with more than one company
- Experience with tight deadlines
Additional Requirements:
- Must have own transport
Job Description:
- Capturing high volumes invoices and processing payments for suppliers
- Invoicing and capturing of debtor payments
- Reconciling and processing of the cashbooks
- Capturing and processing daily expenses
- Posting journals
- Cash and credit card recons
- Processing and submitting the VAT accurately.
- Printing out the VAT 201 report and load payments on efiling
- Loading bank payments
