Branch Manager - Centurion

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years experience in the refrigeration industry preferred.
  • Managerial experience beneficial.
  • Must come from a sales background.
  • Must have a matric.
  • Technical refrigeration product knowledge.
  • Technical industry knowledge (Has existing networks in the industry).
  • Intermediate MS Office.
  • Proficient Excel skills.
  • Proficient Interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Networking skills.
  • Customer service.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock.
  • Recruit, select and on-board employees for the branch.
  • Review and report on the item group sales performance to the General Manager.
  • Call and visit the branchs customer base (on a regular basis) to receive feedback on the customer service received.
