Organisation within the airconditioning and refrigeration industry Grow the branch by overseeing the functioning of the various components in the branch Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock Recruit, select and on-board employees for the branch Review and report on the item group sales performance to the General Manager Call and visit the branch's customer base (on a regular basis) to receive feedback on the customer service receive Grade 12 Minimum 8 years' experience within the refrigeration industry in a sales role of which at least 2 years in a management role Drivers License R25 000 to R35 000 per Month Basic Commission Company car Petrol card Medical Aid and Provident Fund
